Upon completing my journalism studies, I set about building up my personal freelance portfolio in order to achieve my long-term goal of seeking employment in this industry. I continued working on my personal football blog, which with the addition of more time and effort has now grown and brings in hundreds of unique readers each and every day.
This blog was set up to enable others to view my work, and with time various people began contacting me asking if I would be willing to write for their own sites. This has ensured that my articles now attract up to 2,500 views at a time - helping to not only build up my ego(!), but also allowing me to work to a more pressurised deadline under various restrictions.
Thanks to my hard work, I have also helped contribute an article to FourFourTwo magazine as well as Zoo Mag - two publications which are at the top of their respective fields - as well as regularly representing Cardiff City on BBC Radio Wales and BBC 5LIVE.
